Diageo leadership sought to gain support for rolling out new strategy and leadership team. Using our large scale alignment process at the annual sales management meeting created buy-in; follow up projects created organizational changes and business achieved growth and profitability goals in following year.

Follow up projects resolved out of stock problems by identifying and correcting root cause issues, raising delivery performance while saving $2 million in annual operating costs at the plant. A related project improved the Point of Sale process with estimated annual savings of $1 million from reduced waste. A third effort accelerated time to market for new products, saving one year on first product, while hitting pro forma financial targets

EYA is a privately owned regional homebuilder. They sought to achieve higher customer satisfaction and resolve infighting among key managers. We helped identify and implement process changes to address underlying root causes. The result was an improvement program that led to nearly all homes going to closing with zero defects, customer satisfaction rising more than 10 points to 92%, with increased employee satisfaction and construction costs savings of $400,000 per year.
